Vol. I — The Language of Finance

Money has a language. Most of us were never taught it.

I'm Sava Shqutaj — a finance entrepreneur, capital strategist, and speaker. I translate the systems behind money, ownership, and lending for the people the system was never built for.

The thesis

I don't teach finance.I translate it.

The people who win with money aren't smarter. They were just raised inside the language. My work is handing it back.

01
Capital is a language.

Lending, equity, debt, ownership — they all follow rules. Once you can read them, the whole game changes.

02
Access beats advice.

Most people don't need another tip. They need a translator and a seat at the table they were never invited to.

03
Ownership is the exit.

Wages buy time. Ownership buys freedom. Every essay, every deal, every conversation is built around that line.

From a village in Albania to U.S. capital markets

I had to learn a language nobody taught me.

I grew up in a small village in Albania. There were no investors at the dinner table. No conversations about credit, equity, or ownership. Money was something you survived, not something you designed.

Years later I'm sitting across from developers, bankers, and operators — structuring capital for commercial real estate, advising founders, building businesses. The gap between those two rooms became my whole life's work.

VS Capital Group is where I deploy capital. The Language of Finance is where I give it away.
